We are urgently seeking experienced and professional drivers for ride-hailing services. Employment Type
Full-time, long-term position based in Dubai with company support and clear operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a company-assigned vehicle for Uber and Careem ride-hailing services in accordance with all regulatory and internal standards.
• Provide passengers with safe, comfortable and professional service at all times.
• Follow all ride-hailing rules and procedures as outlined by company and RTA (Roads and Transport Authority).
• Maintain excellent customer relations and demonstrate professionalism in every ride.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid UAE RTA Light Vehicle Driving Licence.
• Valid RTA Professional / Ride-Hailing Permit.
• UAE Residency Visa and Emirates ID.
• 1–2 years of driving experience, preferably with Uber, Careem or another ride-hailing platform.
• No RTA permit means applications will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: AED 2,000 per month.
• Commission structure based on driver revenue:

• Drivers earning above AED 10,000/month receive 10% commission.
• Drivers earning above AED 15,000/month receive 15% commission.
  • Company-provided vehicle for rides.

Important Information

• All traffic fines and Salik charges are the responsibility of the driver.
• Only official ride-hailing trips are permitted. No cash, private or non-registered rides are allowed.
• All company and RTA regulations must be signed and agreed upon before starting.
