Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Traditional delicatessen vendor in qatar to join a dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, promoting traditional food products, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product recommendations and tastings.
• Prepare and serve delicatessen items including traditional cold cuts, cheeses, marinated specialties, and ready-to-eat products.
• Maintain product presentation and ensure product quality, freshness, and food safety compliance.
• Assist customers with custom orders and special requests.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, manage cash transactions accurately, and handle daily register balances.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report stock needs to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming display area at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in food retail, delicatessen services, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and regional delicatessen products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
