Incident Manager in Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead the response and resolution of high-impact technical and security incidents. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services quickly, minimize operational disruption, and drive continuous improvement in incident handling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of critical incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders during major incidents to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Analyze incident trends and contribute to improvements in incident management processes and tools.
• Prepare detailed post-incident reports with root cause analysis and recommendations for future prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (typically 6–9 years) handling incident management or similar critical response roles.
• Strong understanding of incident response frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead under pressure and make timely decisions.

Preferred Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members during major incidents.
